Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Customer Support & Outreach Coordinator to support both customer experience and business development efforts. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for customers and partners, helping ensure smooth communication, accurate order fulfillment, and strong long-term relationships.

This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional interested in building foundational skills in sales, account management, and client operations within a fast-growing brand.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide support for individual orders.
  • Coordinate with B2B clients including golf teams, tournaments, and retail buyers.
  • Manage bulk and customized order processes from inquiry to delivery.
  • Conduct outbound outreach to potential partners and collaborators.
  • Track leads, organize follow-ups, and maintain clear CRM records.
  • Work closely with the founder to refine systems and improve the customer journey.

Growth Marketing Associate

About the Role

We’re hiring a Growth & Marketing Associate to support content creation, email marketing, social media management, and community partnerships. This is a hands-on role suited for someone early in their marketing career who is comfortable writing, organizing campaigns, and managing brand content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of golf, strong communication skills, and an interest in brand storytelling and digital growth.

Working directly with the founder, you’ll help shape and manage how Journal 18 shows up across social media, email, and potential collaborations. Your work will contribute directly to customer engagement, brand reach, and future growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution of email campaigns related to product launches, tournaments, and seasonal initiatives.
  • Assist with managing and scheduling social media content (primarily Instagram).
  • Contribute to campaign ideas, content direction, and ongoing community engagement.
  • Help coordinate influencer collaborations and outreach to relevant golf creators or partners.
  • Provide creative support through tools like Canva, Photoshop, and CapCut.
  • Track performance metrics across social and email to help guide content improvements.

E-commerce Fulfillment Associate

Journal 18 is a modern golf performance brand offering beautifully designed on-course journals for players striving to hit scoring milestones. We manage in-house fulfillment and customization for both retail and wholesale orders and are expanding our operational capacity to support growth.

About the Role

We’re looking for a dependable and detail-focused E-commerce Fulfillment Associate to handle fulfillment, shipping, and order customization. You’ll ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer orders, oversee inventory and packing logistics, and help manage special projects including trade shows and bulk orders.

This in-person role is ideal for someone who takes pride in execution and wants to support a growing consumer product business from the inside out.

Responsibilities

  • Pack and ship customer and wholesale orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage inventory organization and coordinate restocking as needed
    Handle customized and bulk orders with care and precision.
  • Assist with prepping materials for trade shows, partnerships, and product launches.
  • Collaborate with the founder to ensure fulfillment workflows are optimized.

What We’re Looking For

  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable with light lifting and hands-on packing tasks.
  • Strong sense of quality control and time management.
  • Ability to commute to Aurora, ON 3-4x/week.
