Support for your beta account.
This page supports the Journal18 Android beta, listed on Google Play as Journal18: Golf Stat Tracker and labeled Journal18 Beta on your device.
For help, private feedback or access questions, email support@journal18.com. Include your phone model, Android version and the steps you were taking. Never send your password or verification code.
Request account and data deletion
Your rounds stay saved.
We retain approved testers’ beta accounts, submitted rounds, accepted journal uploads and associated data for launch continuity unless you request deletion. Free access ending does not automatically delete your data. Incomplete or rejected uploads and security-quarantined files can follow separate cleanup rules.
Beta data is held separately from the live app. Transfer to the launch service requires a separate, verified migration; it has not happened automatically. We will provide instructions before any transfer.
Delete your beta account and data.
You can request deletion here even if the app is uninstalled. Email us from the address used for your beta account with the subject Journal18 Android beta account deletion request. If you no longer have access to that email, contact us for help verifying ownership.
If the button does not open an email app, send your request directly to support@journal18.com. Opening the email does not send it or delete anything.
We verify ownership and confirm which beta account you want deleted before accepting the deletion request. Once accepted, access ends and permanent deletion completes within 7 days. Deletion cannot be undone.
Deletion covers your beta profile and sign-in identity, rounds, shots, statistics, goals, insights, saved preferences, journal uploads, photos and associated scan results. Your separate live Journal18 account is not part of a beta-only request.
We may retain de-identified test findings and aggregate processing-cost records that no longer identify your account. Processing providers may retain temporary service logs under their published retention policies. These are separate from Journal18’s active account data.
The Android beta does not accept purchases. Deleting a beta account does not cancel any subscription you separately hold in the live app.
